To configure Meta Commander first select
"Options" menu item. Switch to "External programs (file-managers)" tab. In the "Right mouse click + CTRL" edit box choose path to the
IrfanView image viewer.

Next time you need to start slideshow with IrfanView simple
right click on the Desktop and in the context menu select the "My computer" option. All available disks will be shown as the menu items.

Choosing a disk opens a submenu containing folders located on that disk. In
its turn, choosing one of the folders displays its subfolders as submenu
entries. Proceeding in such a successive manner you will get to the target
directory.

It was as simple as that without this annoying double-click. We are in the target folder. Select folder which contain pictures and press right mouse button with holded CTRL key. This will start slide show with IrfanView.
