Meta Commander file manager.
Start program using the Run command box.
When you use standart Run command window you mast complete several steps:
1) Click
Start, and then click Run. This will open Run command box.
2) In
Open field, type the path to the item you want to open. If the typed path or file name has mistakes, you should click Browse button to locate it manualy. It may take some minutes before you can start
application.

How can I start program with arguments using Run command box? Can I do
this quickly and handy?
Right click on the Windows desktop and in the context menu select the
"My computer"folder.
Now you can browse disk contents presenting it as a hierarchical menu
with files and folders displayed as sub-menus.
Select folder. In the “Program file” virtual folder you can see
all executable files.
Find application file.
Then hold CTRL key and press left mouse button.
Meta Commander will open "Run" command box. In the "Open" field add command line arguments to the program path and press “Ok” to launch the program.
Whole operation takes just a few seconds to complete.
